May 16 2010 - Workout

Here is my plan for a workout tonight:

New You Bootcamp - 10 minutes
Cardio Kick Boxing - 10 minutes
Boot Camp - 10 minutes

Strength Training

1. Upper body with free weights and stability ball - 10 minutes
2. Core/abs with stabilitiy ball - 8 minutes
3. Leg work - 8 minutes
4. Dumbbell workout + Stretch - 20 minutes
